However, the following exceptions apply:
Hotels. A small number of hotels with on-site restaurants have been issued permits that allow the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
