In unincorporated areas in Lee County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 2:00 a.m.

Other Holidays. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 1:00 a.m. on the following nights:
  • The Sunday before Memorial Day
  • July 3 (when it falls on a Sunday)
  • The Sunday before Labor Day
  • December 23 (when it falls on a Sunday)
