In unincorporated areas in Franklin County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between noon and 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 1:00 a.m.
