However, the following exceptions apply:
Holidays. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 2:00 a.m. on the following nights:
- New Year's Eve
- The Sunday before Memorial Day
- July 3
- The Sunday before Labor Day
- The Wednesday before Thanksgiving
Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants at the following times:

Extended Holiday Hours for Certain Businesses. A small number of businesses have been issued permits that allow service of alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. on the following nights:
