In unincorporated areas in Adams County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited while the polls are open.

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 4:30 a.m.
