In Lookout Mountain, a city in Walker County, Georgia, packaged liquor may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

Thanksgiving. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Thanksgiving Day.

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Alcoholic beverages may be served between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, on-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
