In unincorporated areas in Pickens County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Easter. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Easter Sunday.

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

On-premises service of liquor is prohibited on Sunday. Liquor may be served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

On-premises service of beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Beer and wine may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Thanksgiving. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Thanksgiving Day.

Christmas. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
