In unincorporated areas in Chattooga County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time except between 11:59 p.m. Saturday night and 12:01 a.m. Monday morning.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
