Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants at the following times:
  • Sunday: noon to 3:00 a.m.
  • Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:

Extended Hours. Certain businesses located in the "Downtown Master Plan Area" may not serve alcoholic beverages later than midnight without first obtaining an extended hours permit from the city. For businesses that have obtained this permit, the hours of sale are the same as the hours shown in the table above.

Holidays. Alcoholic beverages may be served until 4:00 a.m. on:
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • The Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
