In Miami, Florida, packaged liquor may be sold between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between noon and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Nightclubs. At nightclubs, alcoholic beverages may be served until 5:00 a.m., any day of the week. These extended hours do not apply to nightclubs in the Coconut Grove Central Commercial District.

Cafeterias, Coffee Shops, and Sandwich Shops. At cafeterias, coffee shops, or sandwich shops, alcoholic beverages may only be served between noon and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays, and between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
