In unincorporated areas in Walton County, Florida, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 5:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Grayton Beach. In the Grayton Beach community, packaged alcoholic beverages may only be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between 8:00 a.m. and midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Regardless of the day of the week, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until midnight on:
  • New Year's Eve
  • Memorial Day
  • The Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
