In unincorporated areas in Gilchrist County, Florida, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

The sale of packaged beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. On days other than Sunday, packaged beer and wine may be sold at the following times:
  • Monday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. On days other than Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served at the following times:

  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve does not fall on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.

Christmas Eve. When Christmas Eve does not fall on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
