In unincorporated areas in Franklin County, Florida, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:00 a.m. on:
  • New Year's Eve
  • The Sunday before Memorial Day
  • July 3
  • The Sunday before Labor Day
  • The Wednesday before Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
