Under Delaware state law, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between noon and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Easter. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Easter Sunday.
Thanksgiving. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Thanksgiving Day.
Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
